Pour 4-6 cups of boiling water into a large bowl and add the herbal mixture. Grab a towel and squat over it, making sure the towel covers your body and the pot, preventing the steam from escaping. Direct the steam towards your yoni for 15-20 mins with intervals if needed. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.
The water will be very hot. Make sure the bowl of hot water is on a level, sturdy surface, and can’t be knocked over. Don’t shake or lean on the bowl. Keep the bowl of hot water out of reach of children or pets. For external use only.
